Unlike machine-stamped items, minor variations in hammer markings, organic patina shades, weight (±5%), and surface textures are natural hallmarks of authentic artisan lineage.
These subtle variations do not constitute flaws; they are the unique fingerprint of the master artisan who forged the piece. However, if your bowl exhibits genuine acoustic dissonance, structural fractures, or transit cracks, we will promptly replace it at zero cost to you.

Our craft team reviews your request within 24 hours and arranges a doorstep reverse courier pickup.
Studio Inspection
Once received at our Bankura workshop, we verify the product condition, acoustic frequency, and original packaging.
Instant Replacement or Refund
Your replacement is dispatched immediately, or the full refund is initiated to your source account.
