Every product sold by Soham Crafts is genuinely handmade by rural master artisans in West Bengal, India, using centuries-old traditional techniques including lost-wax Dokra casting, bell-metal hammering, and wood-fired kiln terracotta firing.

Due to the nature of authentic handmade crafts, slight variations in dimensions, weight (±5%), surface textures, organic patina shades, and hammer markings are expected and celebrated. These variations are not defects, but the indelible hallmarks of handcrafted heritage.

Acoustic singing bowl frequencies and tonal overtones are tested individually; however, room acoustics, striker material, and playing technique can slightly influence perceived sound resonances.

All prices on the website are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) or your localized currency equivalent where available. Applicable goods and service taxes (GST) are calculated at checkout.

We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and secure international gateways. We do not store your complete payment credentials on our servers; all transactions are processed via PCI-DSS certified third-party payment gateways.

In the rare event of a typographical pricing error on our website, Soham Crafts reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders placed at the incorrect price.

Orders for custom frequency-tuned singing bowls (e.g., 432 Hz, specific chakra fundamentals) or customized Dokra statues require dedicated artisan forging and tuning time (typically 3–7 business days prior to dispatch).

Because custom items are forged to individual client specifications, custom orders cannot be cancelled once forging has commenced and are non-refundable unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect.

All content on this website—including brand names, photography, product descriptions, audio recordings of singing bowls, and graphics—is the intellectual property of Soham Crafts and protected by copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content from this website for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Soham Crafts.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or transactions conducted through Soham Crafts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in West Bengal, India.
